We can’t recommend Sian enough to everyone, she is an absolute professional who clearly loves her job and builds nothing but positive relationships with everyone involved. She clearly made all our suppliers feel like a big team both on and ahead of our wedding day, supported us in the run up and, through her seamless coordination, left us entirely free to fully enjoy the day.

All our guests commented on how relaxed and smooth the day was and we don’t doubt for a minute that was due to Sian’s careful steering of all elements into place.

Sian is a an absolute top-tier wedding planner and we cannot recommend her enough. We planned our wedding from thousands of miles away from the venue, rescheduled during COVID, and were at times slow at replying to emails. Sian excelled in spite of all of these challenges.

Sian caught onto our taste very quickly and every recommendation for all vendors was phenomenal and perfectly aligned with what we wanted (this is saying a lot given we had quite a defined vision and were a bit particular!).

Sian is exceptionally organized. She provided us with the structure and tools to keep tabs on everything going on throughout the whole planning process. This was extremely helpful as we could jump right back in after months away from wedding-related tasks.

Sian cares deeply about her couples and is always willing to go the extra mile. She takes time out of her schedule to do site visits and she builds respectful and trusting relationships with vendors, which helps to create a very amicable and collaborative atmosphere on the day.

Sian made the wedding day feel absolutely effortless for us. In the midst of being stressed and overwhelmed on your big day, Sian is a calming, organized, level-headed, and caring presence that makes you know everything will be okay. Any small problems which arose on our wedding day were taken care of by Sian, swiftly and quietly (we never even realized they occurred).

I wish I could have Sian plan every event for the rest of my life!

We booked Siân for on the day coordination and got so much more than that! She is an absolute natural at organising and clearly communicating and makes the process so smooth. Siân has a lot of experience and can offer some really good advice from timings to other suppliers she has worked with. She goes out of her way to help. I don’t think she stopped on our wedding day, but did so really calmly everyone thought she was a guest! I was able to relax and enjoy our day knowing that I could trust Siân had everything under control (partly due to the before the day preparation, but also because she’s brilliant at problem solving if anything were to come up!).

Honestly I can’t recommend Sian enough! She is super professional, highly organised, has a great eye for detail and design and is an all round lovely person. She helped us with the final weeks of prep ahead of our wedding, liaising with suppliers and then with on the day co-ordination.

We cannot recommend the wonderful Sian enough! We planned a DIY village hall wedding and booked Sian for two consultations during the planning process and for on the day coordination, and she was by far the best value and most important supplier of our whole wedding.

As well as being an absolute joy to work with, Sian was incredibly supportive in the lead up to the day and saved us so much money by providing advice on suppliers and reassuring us that we had enough decorations and had ordered enough food for example. It’s not an exaggeration to say that her advice basically paid for itself.

She also took so much stress out of the final 6 weeks leading up to the wedding when we had so much to do by liaising with suppliers and providing an incredibly detailed and organised itinerary. She thought of everything and dealt with important details that hadn’t even occurred to me which ensured zero stress on the day and that everything ran smoothly.

Her on the day coordination meant that both my husband and I and both of our families didn’t have to think of anything – she took care of it all leaving us to focus all of attention on having the best day of our lives!

We truly would not have had such an amazing day without her and are so grateful to her for her support. If you are considering a DIY wedding then Sian is an essential element!

I can’t put into words how thankful I am for Sian’s support and advice for both the planning and the co-ordination of our DIY wedding in August 2019. After booking the village hall for our big day, it became apparent pretty quickly what a big job organising a wedding on your own is and we were pretty overwhelmed before we came across Sian’s services by chance on Instagram.

Although we only booked the on the day wedding coordination package, Sian did so much more for us. She found gaps in our organisation with important things we’d missed, came up with a perfect schedule for the day, recommended suppliers she had worked with (who were all amazing) and contacted them in the run up to the day so nothing was forgotten. She replied to my many emails really quickly and took so much of the stress and hassle away from planning, making it all such an enjoyable and fun experience.

The wedding day was perfect from start to finish with Sian sorting out absolutely everything without prompting and just knowing exactly what to do and taking care of it all. And she managed to single handedly organise a room full of people to clear the hall of tables and chairs to make way for our ceilidh in no time at all. I simply can’t recommend her services enough as without her our wedding would not have been the amazing day it was.

Oh my goodness, where to start??!! Now we’ve had a min to let the dust settle and properly think about what just happened(?!) we wanted to send a massive, humongous, thank you for Saturday, and all your days working up to it. Siân was quite arguably the best bit of money we spent on our wedding day, I’m not sure what we’d have done without her! She is so smiley, friendly and approachable which meant it was so easy to have her around – this made it so lovely to have her there on our special day and she really went above and beyond to make it perfect for us. On top of all of this I think she has to be the most organised person we have ever met! Opting for a DIY wedding meant we had so many suppliers and Siân managed to juggle them all and we didn’t hear a peep from any of them.

Siân is such a genuine and lovely person and I know how much time and love she put in to our wedding. She made it as special as she would have her own and for that effort and passion we are beyond grateful. Sian is amazing. I’m actually not sure what we would’ve done without her on our wedding day! On the day itself Sian made sure everything was in place and looking perfect before the guests arrived, she checked all the suppliers knew where they should be and for the whole day after we arrived she was quietly whirring away in the background making sure everything was running smoothly. I was getting ready away from the venue, and it was so reassuring to know that Sian was checking everything – I trusted her totally so didn’t need to worry.

Sian wasn’t just there on the wedding day; in the weeks running up to the wedding she contacted all the suppliers, helped us plan the timings for the day, found me a glitter bar when I decided I wanted one days before the wedding, and so much more. Sian was happy to meet up with us a few times before the wedding, which was so helpful and meant we felt like we knew her by the time the wedding came round. As well as being the best wedding day coordinator, Sian is such a lovely person and is a real pleasure to work with. She’s so patient, she answered my hundreds of questions and really took the stress out of the planning process. I couldn’t recommend Sian more – you’d actually be mad not to use her!”

Where do I start! Sian was undoubtedly the most valuable ‘thing’ we spent part of our wedding budget on. We decided to book Sian’s ‘On the day co-ordination’ after she was recommended to us by The White Yard. We were planning our barn wedding ourselves and very much wanted to be hands on during the planning but let it go on the day! Though Sian was hired for the day, that didn’t stop her being helpful and hands on during the lead up to the wedding. She kept in touch with us the whole way and started to take over the communication with contractors from around 6 weeks before. She had a full schedule for the day (based on what we had requested) and even had a briefing in the morning with us to go through anything more we needed (turns out we did!)

Though the day was perfect to us, there were a few wobbles from the weather turning, our guests being even more boozy than expected, and a little situation with a late DJ! Sian took these wobbles on and dealt with them quickly and professionally. She kept us (control freaks!) in the know when we needed to be but only on a need to know basis. I would love to know what her step count was that day because she never stopped! If you are planning a DIY wedding please do not underestimate how difficult it would be on the day if you didn’t have a Sian. She’s just as invested in the wedding as you are, and you can really trust her to keep your vision of the day going when you take a step back to start enjoying it!

We both agree that she was one of the best contractors we booked for the wedding, we definitely couldn’t have enjoyed it as much without her calming approach to the day!

She really put her heart and soul into helping us plan, recommended suppliers, gave us advise and executed the plan of attack extremely professionally.

She did two room changes, and helped with finishing touches with decorations, coordinated all the suppliers and kept everything running to schedule. Our only complaint about the day is that it went too fast!! We had the best day of our lives and thank Sian for making it happen 🙂

We booked Sian for ‘on the day’ coordination for our wedding on the 1st June and she was a dream! The name doesn’t do the service justice as she got in touch at regular intervals during the planning process to see if we needed help with anything, she then got in touch with all of our suppliers 6 weeks before the big day to confirm power requirements, timings for the day etc.

On the day Sian was great. She arrived at the marquee early and set up a few last minute things for us, ensured that all suppliers knew where they needed to be and when, and stopped the timings from over running like they always seem to do at weddings. She even made sure the toilet roll was kept full at all times and rolled the sides of the marquee up for us when it was getting too warm! We would without a doubt recommend her for anyone planning a DIY wedding.
